That sounds highly suspicious. I'm wondering if your email got hacked? I doubt Admin/Staff would send such a message. That's never happened to me. I never receive weird messages from Admin. Only my 'Daily Cash Email' and emails that state which offers have credited and which new surveys are available in the 'FC Survey' section. On the other hand, twice in the past 6 months, I've received an email from my own email address and one time I received an email from my mom's email address and she said she never sent it. So, I know for a fact that my email was hacked 3 times and I had to change my password each time. It's been 3 months since that last incident happened. I'm wondering if something similar happened to you. It's definitely possible if you added FC to your contact list. A hacker could go through your contact list and send you a bogus email from any saved email address. It's scary that hackers exist and their methods are quite amazing & smart. Most of the time, you may not even know that your email was hacked into. :confused1: I would suggest that you open a Support Ticket and ask Admin/Staff if they really sent you that message. :wave:
Hi everyone. I got an email from FC saying that they detected unusual activity from my account and I need to fax them something proving I am who I say I am. Has this happened to anyone else? I could not reply to the email, so I have no clue what I could have done? Any help would be appreciated.
