My sister in-law gave us a washing machine that washes in cold water. That was fine at the time, but now I am finding lint on the clothes when I wash. Do anyone have a solution of how to get rid of it? ??? :o ???

isn t that what the dryer is for to dry and get the link off?

This has happened to me before and I end up washing clothes 2nd time around then throwing clothes in dryer with about 4 dryer sheets. That usually takes care of the lint. good Luck and hope this works for you.

i have the same problem..i dont want to use my dryer as i want to hang them on the line..not sure what to do.

Maybe wash a cycle to clean out the washing machine first. Like after you wash towels etc that contain a lot of lint. That may help keep the lint off clothes.

Check the filter on the machine if it appears okay it may not be replace it. Take the model number and go online you will find it. I hope this helps. Clean around the agitator as well. :angel11:

I live in the country and we have a clothesline. I know they are clean, but the lint tends to be a problem. The only time we go to the laundromat is to wash blankets. :icon_rr: :notworthy: :peace:

I washed a rug that shed like crazy. I ran an empty cycle to get most of the fluff out of the washer and then wiped out then inside of the washer with a towel to knock any extra fluff loose. It seemed to work pretty well.

Run the washer a time or two with nothing in it.
