Title: How many real friends do you have?
Post by: Nancy5 on April 04, 2013, 06:02:54 am: How many "REAL" friends do you have, ones that you can always count on 100%, who are always there for you, you can tell them anything and they won't judge. No family members please, just friends. I've got a lot of friends, but only 2 REAL friends.

It doesn't mean that they will be perfect or never make a mistake. It just means they really love you and they get you. Every person has a perspective that is theirs alone and they have to be free to express it friends get that, they get you.

Three that I can say know the truth of the drama that is my life and have seen my tears, shared my joys, been there for the good times, holidays together, been there for each other through loss of family members, helped each other moved, monetary assistance, enjoying the same cable programs, or just talking. And of the three, honestly I would have to say 2 of them are even closer to me than my own mother.

but a lot of good friends too that would definatly be there for me in my time of need.
My Husband is my best friend of all though :)

Post by: bigfoot951 on April 05, 2013, 12:30:07 pm: I think anyone who says they have more than just a couple are fooling themselves and either don't know what a real friend is or are blind to their own relationships. I have one real friend and it is not something I even need to think about to come to that conclusion.
