Has anybody seen this movie. Any feedbacks
-
Nope, the movie plot doesn't seem very interesting to me.
-
I just saw the movie. It was OK. I didn't read the book, so I don't know how faithful the movie is to the book. The plot is pretty good. There's no gore or blood. There's a positive outcome at the end. Probably not worth it to pay and see it in the theaters. Wait until it comes out on Netflix or premium cable.

I've read the book twice and saw the movie as soon as it came out and I can't wait to go see it again!
I loved it, it was faithful to the book, probably because Stephenie Meyer (also the author) helped produce it. I think it has a great story line and is something different!
I love the love story too :angel11: :)

No. I have not seen the movie the host. I have been so busy with other things that I do not know what the movie is even about.
-
not really a movie i would go to the movie theater for.

Good to hear some of the feedback. I haven't read the book, but the movie trailers looked interesting. I'm a SyFy junkie and this one actually looked like it might be worth paying a matinee price to see it in the theater.

I tried to read the book the twice couldn't get into it but I will see the movie when it goes to video not one that I will want to go to a theater for

I have not seen it yet, but I do want to see it. I like Stephanie Meyers' books and the ones that have been turned into movies have been great.

This is from the maker of the Twilight movies and books?
-
Nope, it looks okay. I can say that I've seen Hangover 3 at an advance screening and it's HILARIOUS! It's a must see for 2013.
-
I'd probably wait until it comes out on video to see it. I want to see Evil Dead and Star Trek when it comes out.

According to Rotten Tomatoes, this movie tanked. When I originally heard about it, I got a little excited because I thought it was an American remake of the Japanese thriller/horror The Host.

This is from the maker of the Twilight movies and books?
Yep. The very same! :)

I probably will not see it, anytime soon anyway. The reason being is that, I am a huge Twilight fan. Huge as in, I have read all the books and seen all the movies at least 20 times (not exaggerating here) I will occasionally read one of the books while watching one of the movies (multitasking) anyway ..as I was saying.............. I love them so much I think that anything else done by Stephanie Meyer would be a dissapointment to me and that wouldn't be fair to her.

My husband and I downloaded it. (Yes, this is possible.)
We both thought the movie was so terrible that we had to turn it off midway through. Honestly, if I would have paid to see the movie, I would have been upset with myself.
There was a movie called Stargate a long time ago. This movie reminds me of Stargate....but with a Twilight feel. I won't say why, because that would give away spoilers. I truly could not stand hearing the girl's whiny voice through the movie. I know many people liked it, but it really wasn't for me.
