When I still try to clear my cookies and cashes the fc survey bonuses still don't open and am not getting credit for them. Don't know what else to do.
Have also tried to use another browser but it still happens. Please if anyone can give me some other ideas I would be greatly thankful.

Your post is not really clear and to be able to receive the appropriate response, please expatiate. I am suspecting that you are having challenges with the FC Surveys but somewhere in your post mentions bonuses again and that throws me off. So I find it a little bit confusing.

Yup please explain better. Be glad to help if we can. Note that the FC Survey dq penny sometimes is credited at a later date.

What I'm TRYING TO EXPLAIN ABOUT THE DQ BONUSES THAT COME IN THE OFFERS OF FUSION CASH. WHEN YOU CLICK ON THEM AND PUT IN ALL THE INFORMATION THEY ASK FOR LIKE FEMALE, DATE, ETC. THEY AREN'T WORKING WHEN YOU HIT SURVEY IT DOESN'T COME INTO THE SURVEY AND i'm missing out on them. Thank you.

I get my DQ penny when I do not qualify for a Fusion Cash survey. I am using google chrome. Try using chrome and see if that will work. You might try logging out of Fusion Cash and then back in. You might even try re-booting your computer.
If nothing helps, it might be worth your time to open a support ticket. :dontknow:

Well, Not all of the surveys pay pennies as bonuses and only those that have the coins symbol beside them pay the pennies. If you have the symbol beside the surveys and you have attempted the surveys but did not qualify, it should automatically refresh the page and then disappear from the FC surveys page and you should in turn be credited either the pennies or the actual survey amount if you qualify. The only time you may not credited is if you do not click on the button that lets you return to FC surveys page but you just close abruptly. However, if you are sure you are doing the right thing and still not getting the pennies, then it's best to log a support ticket and let us know if the support team would be able to help. Though I have a strong feeling it has to do with either your approach of taking the surveys or the browser you are using.
