I have noticed a lot of past posts that address cures for headaches but did not notice any that addressed the issue of reocurring headaches being caused by pressure caused by blocked sinuses. About a year ago I began waking up with really bad headaches and aspirin did not help. I began to fear that I might possibly have a brain tumor or it could be caused by high blood pressure because I could not come up with a reason for the reoccurring headaches. I read on the internet that clearing your sinuses with a little salted water would relieve the pressure in your head. I tried it and my headache instantly went away. I was shocked. Since then I purchased a Nettipot and it works every time.

Something else that will help is drinking water. If you're dehydrated, it's hard to keep it flowing.. :D

thanks I'll have to try that with the rising pollen levels and my allergies being so bad my head seems to be constantly killing me

Try some tea made with fresh ginger and honey. I drink a cup in the morning and it seems to help.
I know what you mean about the pollen..I have seriously considered wearing a surgical mask or bandana over my nose when I go outside! :D
