I found out how to change a file's format to a PDF file.
I have OpenOffice program for documents.
If I find something on Facebook, I first copy/paste the document from there to the Office Document program.
Then, I click the button on the toolbar that says "PDF"

Microsoft Word has the function to create PDF files too. There is also a program you can download, install, and it will look like a printer but saves files as a PDF.

There are several programs to create PDF files. However I think only Adobe Acrobat allows you to change the contents of an existing PDF directly (without copying the text into a new document of your favorite word processor). I'm actually debating whether to purchase Acrobat for work... Sometimes our customers will give us instructions in PDF format; their engineers don't want others in their company to be changing the documents without going through the proper document-change procedures. However there are times that we want to change the customer's procedures to work better with our own internal process. But for right now, I'll just go with the "normal" copy / paste method...

Is a PDF file the correct way to post your payment from FC? I always have a problem doing it the correct way. Never sure which way I'm suppose to do it?

When I post my fc payment photo I use the button prt sc (print screen) when I am on the page I want to copy. I open "paint" program on the computer and hit ctrl-v to paste it. I use the "select" tool to chose the area I want to show in the picture and use the "crop" tool. You can also use paint to cover up any information you want to remain private using a "box" tool with a black color. Then save the file as a "jpeg". You will need to upload it to a site like flickr to make a link to the photo in a post.
Another easier way to do it is.
-If you don't want to do the picture option you can always highlight the text on paypal and copy (ctrl+c) and paste (ctrl+v) it to a new post on fusioncash. I have seen a lot of people do it this way as well.
