Title: what kind of cell phone is the best

I think in your area which ever phone service is the best for you. Research it. The commercials I see on tv about the free cell phone service is not available in my area and only in about 5 or 6 states. So just research it. :icon_rr:

The phone service that pays me is available in all 48 continental states and Puerto Rico,
