Title: Anyone tried 30 day squat challenge?

A friend of mine recently shared with me a chart of 30 days squat challenge and the results people are getting that Ive decided to try it myself. Ive googled it "30 day squat challenge" along with " 30 day crunch challenge" to get chart forms and I am on my 3rd day already and do I ever feel sore in my thighs already! I am liking this so far, I think I will extend to another 30 days to get more obvious results.... You guys should try it,,if of course anyone is up for a challenge...

That sounds like a good for of exercise. I've never heard of it before though it sounds really interesting. I have been lazy and slacking off on exercise. I might try one of those out soon. Good luck on your 30 day challenge!

If you guys google 30 day squat challenge you will find lots of forms under images to pick from, just print it and follow it each day and see if you guys get any results, I myself will extend it to 60 days to get more results,, but to each its own...good luck to you guys too

I am going to try it again. Started it but stopped after 2 days because I was so sore.  I guess that means its working.

I stay away from squats, but I will definitely try the crunch challenge!

Seeing this post inspired me, I'm going to try it. I need to get off my butt, I'm always on a computer for school, work and this site.

Sounds like fun!! My husband and I excersize with our kids and squats are on of the many things that we do!! Yes you will for sure be sore but well worth it if you can keep up the good work. My husband also has our boys doing push ups and they are getting so good that our 6 year old can do them with one arm or army pushups!! I think that its awesome!!!

If and when I exercise again, I may take the challenge, however, I'm not betting against myself...
