Which is healthier; fish or chicken? I think that fish is healthier than ckicken. What do you think or believe?
-
Ilike fish and chicken
-
A lot has to do with how you prepare the fish or chicken.
Skinless chicken seasoned without salt and grilled is very healthy. The same chicken breaded and deep fried would be full of all kinds of unhealthy things.
The same goes for fish.
Fish also has additional nutrients such as Omega 3 - for brain health.
I like to alternate them in menus so we don't get tired of the same thing.
-
I would have to say chicken.
-
I eat both of them and clean them so I don't bite into stuff I don't feel is healthy. I prefer fish to chicken, though.
-
I say fish is healthier, but I prefer to eat chicken.
-
From everything you hear and read fish is healthier. I like fish better so I'm happy to believe that. I guess it does depend on what kind of fish you eat. Some fish is healthier than others.
-
Fish is healthier for you, in my opinion. However, if you don't have ready access to fish, then chicken is your next best healthy food choice.
-
They are both healthy but i prefer fish more.

I believe chicken is healthier because of the lack of mercury.
-
Good question 8) My husband won't eat fish, so I try to fix healthy chicken for him. But when he has a hamburger, I fix fish for myself. Grill it and it doesn't smell (and bother someone who won't eat it) ;)

fish, but i love chicken
-
I believe they say fish is healthier. Fish like salmon. omega 3's

Fish is much more healthier because of omega 3 which it provides for your brain. Plus you can't eat chicken raw but you can with fish. Now who wants some sushi? I mean Hawaiian poke/sashimi? eh why you be talking like for I mean samoan "oka" brada. :icon_rr:

I thik fish is healthier, but I prefer to eat chicken.
-
fish
-
Well, I don't like fish, so it doesn't matter to me. I just eat the chicken....lol
-
Both are great if prepared right
-
i love both,,,,, I believe they are both healthy for us. We eat more chicken then fish but you can make more with chicken lol
-
I would have to go with FISH, I do not like all types of fish but it is health for you and there are so many different ways to prepare a great meal with fish. Now not knocking chicken it can also be versatile with meals also, but chicken wins for me. :fish: :fish:

Fish tends to be healthier, but this also depends on where the food is acquired (i.e. possible contamination:) and how the dish is prepared. As to what I eat more chicken is so common I cannot help but eat this more often.
-
If the water is clean I think fish is healthier buy like some of the others I like chicken better.
-
Fish is probably. Even though I'm more of a fan of chicken.
But it depends on how you prepare the fish or chicken. Fish is most likely healthier when broiled or grilled, not fried. Chicken is also good for you - as long as you cook it correctly. The healthiest way for you to cook chicken is grilled.
-
I like both but if I had to choose one it would be fish, yummy!
-
I think they both are healthy. Both have their problems too. I'm not much of a fish lover, so its chicken for me.
-
I think that both is healthy in the way that you prepare them, I love baked chicken the most and I hardly ever eat fish...because I never was a fish lover. So I would say chicken is my favorite
-
I really like fish so I think fish is better for you.
-
Fish is healthier, but you can't have fish everyday. Mix it up with chicken and other things!
-
fish is better. But chicken is not bad. :-[
-
gotta go with chicken. i dont know if its healthier, but tastes a lot better!!!
-
It all depends on how you PREPARE it.
Either can be very healthy for you!!!
-
I guess it would depend on how you fix it. But I would think fish had more health healing properties just from things I've read.
-
I do believe that fish is healthier than chicken, but I believe that chicken is more tastier than fish.
-
I know that certain fish have the omeg3 vitamin which we need, Believe it or not omega3 fish oil capsules helps with high cholesterol and triglycerides I am taking them right now. Also I know tuna is good source of omega3. Chicken is good for you too. No Matter what it all depends on how you cook it as well. Deep fried is not good at all unless you use virgin olive oil.

chicken
-
fish is, but chicken does have protien but agin fish does to..
-
id prefer fish than chicken. chicken is good but i lived eating alot of fish and love it till now
-
Honestly don't think either one is healthier - you don't know what is in any of it and it just seems better to get a well rounded blend of meats, veggies and fruit.
-
I think they're both healthy, but as far as fish, it also depends on which type you eat.
-
I like both and think both r healthy for you.
-
I love fish .
-
I eat both of them and clean them so I don't bite into stuff I don't feel is healthy. I prefer fish to chicken, though.
What they said EXACTLY! lol ;D
-
Depends on how you cook it and such. Both, if prepared improperly, can kill so...
I believe fish is healthier in generally, but you shouldn't have too much fish cause it builds up something in your body which can be bad, I don't know what, but that's what I've been told. If you were to eat fish 4 days a week and chicken the other 3, you should be fine I would think.
-
I think technically fish is healthier then chicken (depending on the type of fish that is) as well as depending on the way the food is prepared. (ie. fried fish isn't healthier then baked skinless chicken). Either way I do like both lol chicken more tho :)
-
I like both and I don't know which is better for you
