Title: relate to payment picture

I never post any payment picture before. When I go to contest and promotion it doesn't have "start new topic" to let me attach the check. Or there is a period of time you an post the payment picture? does anyone have an idea? :dontknow: ...thanks for the help

thanks elisajoy, you are always very helpful, this site is helpful too  ;) it is hard to have a good size to fit in.
