Title: Admins: "Live Chat" problem

Under "Support," Live Chat doesn't let me read any answers to any past support tickets.
The screen obliterates everything else on the page, and does not close when you close it.
Also, after you type your question and wait a long while, absolutely nothing is sent back.  It says "Option 1" is Live Chat, but it doesn't let me access any other option. 
Please help.

 are you sure you have the lates Jave on your computer.  if you do not then go to  http://www.java.com and down load it.  It is a free downlaod
