Title: ADMIN? - CrowdFlower Tasks - "502 BAD GATEWAY"

I was working on the CrowdFlower Tasks and moving along quite nicely.  Now, when I click on any of the Tasks, I get a white page stating:

"502 Bad Gateway

nginx/1.2.6"

I got that page a couple of times last night.
I signed in to Crowdflower dashboard and it stopped showing up.

Don't know if signing in had anything to do with it, but the bad gateway didn't show up again.
