I think you probably need to consult a lawyer.

Isn't Verizon one of the companies that the NSA is getting information from? Remember, you're an American, which automatically makes you a suspect terrorist. Yes, consult an attorney.

yeah and i talked to the phone company and they said my ex husband is lying and that he got my address another way and they claimed they double check for me... how do i know thats the truth?

i think you should get some sort of protection or mabe get an order of protection, i would look into getting some pepper spray or dog spray. call verizon have your number change it should be free dont let them charge you for what they caused. make a police report on him and verizon, so if you have to move for any harrassment that has got out of hand, you charge verizon for everything.

You don't know if that's the truth. The only way to find out is to have an attorney take a look. He can subpoena records and even send a cease and desist letter to Verizon. I certainly wouldn't believe what the phone company told you after all that's going on with this and other companies. Your "privacy" with Verizon is no longer sacred.

It wasn't necessarily the phone company... Anytime you provide your personal info online, you are in danger of having someone sell it. It's amazing how easily your privacy can be sacrificed.
