I have been able to re-connect with far flung relatives and friends via Facebook, it also lets me keep updated on my grandkids' activites.  I could do without the people who post their every move though!

Im not a huge social media person but I do go out on facebook to see all the things people are putting out there.

My favorite social sites are:  LinkedIn, Stumbleupon, Twitter, FourSquare, Tumblr.

I check both of them fairly regularly, although I am really "over" social media. It seems like I have lost touch with a lot of my "real life" friends by being too involved with being online.

Tumblr and sometimes twitter and facebook only for the games.

I like Meetme because it entertains me to spend time on that site.  It used to be myyearbook before the name change and it's more like a dating site than Facebook.  I'm also okay with Facebook but I'm not addicted to that site like a percentage of people are.

Facebook. I have family in South Africa that I have been able to keep in contact with through there. I have a twitter-but I don't know how to use it. I only access it for sweepstakes.

Facebook -- it's the most popular that people are on and they put more pictures and posts on it that almost allows you to know how their life is going and what they are up to on a day in day out basis.

Facebook, but I don't use it as much as I used to.  I used to be addicted to the games and couldn't stop playing.  Now I just keep up with my nieces, great niece and friends/family for pictures and things.

I have a lot of relatives on Facebook, so I guess it can be considered as my favorite.  I also have a Twitter account, which I check on occasion.  I forgot the password to my Pinterest account, so I don't go in there as often.  I have purchased an Internet account and password book, so I will try again. :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :wave:

I use to have My Space and then I discovered Facebook.  I love Facebook because of all the games you can play and also being able to keep in touch with friends.

  I do not do twitter, I know most people love it!!!  so my favorite social media is Facebook, I enjoy posting and seeing my friends pictures...I also love playing all the different games

None of the above.  I don't personally like any of them and therefore I don't use any of them.  I also don't think people understand the dangers that come with these social networking sites and they hurt a lot of peoples lives in a lot of ways.

I really like Tumblr. In my opinion it's one of the best sites for interacting with people who share common social/political goals.
I like Twitter too but it's more of a random thought/rant space for me.

I have really stopped using social media these days, since I hate all the crap that people share. I'm not interested in every website you visit, every picture you take, etc. so I rarely use it, but if I do it's Facebook since only a few people that I stay in contact with use that.

I don't do social media any longer.  I use to.  Just too much drama and nosy people.  People I don't like and am not friends with sending friend requests repeatedly and wanting to know "why I don't accept their request".  It's like good grief.  Then friends of friends of friends see things you post or friends of friends of friends share a status or something from your page and it just seemed too ridiculous.
