Title: alarm to wake up

if you wake up before the alarm goes off, do you stay up or go back to sleep for those last few minutes?

I do not need an alarm these days to get up; my husband wakes up with the chickens and make so much noise, I wake up on instinct.  Generally, I turn my back to avoid the light in my eyes and try to get some extra winks in. :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :wave:

I haven't needed to use an alarm for 50 years (except when I go fishing).

I usually wake up a bit before the alarm at 5:30 am. so I get up.

It gives me a few more minutes online before I head to work :)
