This may be one of the highest altitude tornadoes.

I know it is a scary thing; but, what a beautiful picture! :notworthy:

It very well could be. I would check with the National Weather Service. I know of two others in that altitude. One in Tierjas Canyon outside of Albuquerque, NM and one around Ft. Collin, Co

oh my lord thats insane

I never that i would see something like that on pikes peak. But too me it looks more like a water spout formed around one of the lakes. But what do i know. Just that it does not look like a true tornado haveing been around a few.

That is pretty but what a deadly thing. I hope I never am in one of them. We have them here in Middle Tennesse. But have never seen one. Tornados have hit here around us in the past and close by but we have been blessed here. Hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday and may God bless each of you and keep you safe.
