who has better service macdonals or burger king

I don't really like Burger King's burgers, so I'm going to have to do with McDonald's by default.

I try not to go to either one, but go to Burger King if I must and only know them.  They seem to be okay.  I guess it depends on who you get, because I've had both good and bad service.

I go to Burger King almost every week for my work (I take a girl with autism on a outing there each week for my work). And I have to admit they have been extremely supportive of her needs and have been extremely patient with us. A few times I have taken her to McDonalds and they seemed very impatient and rushed. Once they got the order wrong and she wouldn't eat it. When I asked for a replacement they were not helpful at all and wanted us to buy another burger. It is Burger King all the way in my opinion. Much nicer atmosphere, good service, nicer soda machines (100+ flavors), fresh brewed iced tea and I have been liking their food selection a lot more.

Burger King has better service. I the pancakes from McDonald's, so I go there for breakfast sometimes. When I get to the window, they just hold out my food to me. They don't hello or thank you or anything. At Burger King, the employees are always cheerful and helpful. I always have a pleasant experience when I go to Burger King.

I think Burger King. They get my order wrong less often & are friendlier when they have to bring your food to you.

   McDonalds has a special: All drinks only $1.00, no matter the size...That includes sodas, coffee and iced tea.

Burger king!

whenever I go to bk and they take too long with my order they upgrade it for free or add an extra :)

In our area, it would have to be McDonald's.  It still leaves a lot to be desired, though.

McDonalds...

They're so systematized that in general they have better service overall. There may be a McD's restaurant here and there that fail every now and a then, but in general they come on top.

Taste-wise is another issue. There reg burgers don't taste like real meat...

Burger King provides better service where I live. They are friendlier and more willing to cater to your special orders.

Since  both   are  franchise,  it  is  hard  to chose.  I like  BK   for  the  "grill"  flavor .
