:'( This morning I had over $25 in my account and now it is $9.85. What happened? I don't even do any big $ or credit card offers that could be reversed? But my account is missing about $16 all of a sudden?? Has anyone else in here had that happen?
-
Sounds like you had credits expire, credits revoked, or referral bonuses revoked/denied. If you go to your account page and scroll through your credit history list, you should see what happened. If credits expired, remember you have 180 days once they post to your account to include them in a cashout request.
-
None of my credits are anywhere close to expiring and I've never had referrals on FC. But I went back to my account and it shows all of my Approved RadioLoyalty credits after july 1 , were suddenly denied some time today? I put in a support ticket, but at the time it did not occur to me it was RadioLoyalty?
-
I cannot explain why all your RadioLoyalty credits were suddenly denied. You should get an answer from the support team soon. You're not the only one who saw this happen today. Someone else also posted about losing RadioLoyalty credits earlier: http://www.fusioncash.net/forum.php?topic=56411.msg769617#msg769617

:dontknow: Yeah 'Oryon20' I also read that other post about getting their RadioLoyalty denied... Ya know what I think it might be; That people are turning on the radio then opening/putting it in "another window" and doing that about 4 or 5 times, then you can collect on each "window" every 10 mins. (like ya do normally), this has been what I've thought every-time I see someone on the "What have you earned today" thread with about 35 to 50 RadioLoyalty credits...Heck I've seen over 100 (that's like 17 hours straight).
Now I've gone and given others this idea...BUT... If that's what they do/did I'm kinda glad they got caught (for-want-of better-words I say it's cheating)... Hopefully those who have had their [RadioLoyalty] credits revoked will submit a ticket to FC... THEN... Inform all of us (members) the reason WHY ???

All I know is I have a TON of them and none were denied. But I don't cheat either/
-
My credits from Radio Loyalty have never been denied. I use it less now, but I do it to get a few extra credits. I hope your problem be resolved soon. :o :o :o

If someone ever finds out the reason for this I really hope they post it, because now I'm curious! I listen to RadioLoyalty off and on throughout the day so a large part of my earnings are from it. I've never had any RL credits revoked (but then again, like Old Buddy said, I don't cheat) but I'm wondering if this is something I should be concerned about in the future. :dontknow:

A very small number of users who were abusing the system had their credits revoked by RL, and were also banned from participating. It's also no longer possible to earn more than 1c/10min, i.e. the vulnerability is closed. As always, if an advertiser can prove fraud and refuses to pay, we pass along the denial. Everyone who didn't cheat (99.9%+ of you) still has their credit.
-
Based on the Administrator's response, it sounds like jsmith96's theory could very well have been the vulnerability. Good to see that the vulnerability has been fixed and the cheaters caught. These are the type of people who ruin it for everyone else, and possibly have negative effects on future offers and payouts by the advertisers, because of their cheating.
-
i just dont get why people try to cheat the system. We are lucky that they just didnt decided to pull the offer all together due to the misuse.
-
Oh wow when I first read the top posts I was afraid radio loyalty wouldn't be offered anymore. Obviously that would have been a shame for some of us because it help us create extra income. But the fact that people are trying cheat isn't right.

There is no reason to try and cheat the system like this. If enough people do this, then Radio Loyalty will no longer be available for us to use.
-
I was not abusing the system, and I was not cheating, and I never made more than 1c per 10 minutes? Sounds like RadioLoyalty has some issues, and they want to cheat honest listeners!
-
it really need a long long time to earn around $16 for only one cent for 10 min. just for RadioLoyalty.....did you expire for other offer?
-
bertha, it looks like you might have been mis-identified. I'm asking RL to investigate further.
-
Good news! They marked your account as fraudulent by mistake. I've restored your credits and you should be able to use RL once again. Very sorry for the mixup. (I know it's not helpful, but it really wasn't our fault ;] )
-
Now I go to my account and all of the RL credits are approved? Account went from $10.34 to $26.36? Well, I've got my fingers crossed?

Your credits are restored and they wont be taken away again ... it was all a mistake on RL's part.
-
After 6 months your credits will expire, that sounds like what has happened to you. Maybe in the beginning you did alot and then not so much. It is very easy on this site to get to the $25.00 cashout. Just make sure you cashout after reaching $25.00 if your not going to do alot here otherwise you will loose your money.
-
Thank You FC for getting my RL credits back. I still don't know what's up with RadioLoyalty's account management!
-
Great to see your credits have been restored my friend!!
-
That's crazy let me know what the support team say. They may be expired or revoked just like the others say. You need to make sure all your stuff approved and always go through your history.
-
In reply to 'old buddy'! I do NOT cheat! But it looks like RL does! I think "old buddy is a know-it-all.,who really doesn't know what he's talking about!

You certainly have a right to your own opinion.

I don't know, about being able to open too many windows. Radio Loyalty has the tendency to slow down your computer. I love Fusion Cash but, I can also understand her being upset because she didn't know why her credits were shrinking. I am just glad Fusion Cash found the problem and corrected it. I tried to put myself in her position...I wouldn't want someone to take what was rightfully mines because they thought I cheated.
***The reason Radio loyalty benefits from us listening to it is because they charge for advertising...the more listeners the better the odds we click on their ads so it is a win win for everyone if every one plays fairly. :peace:
