how long does it take for a pending cash out to be approved?

If you cashout at the end of the month, per FC you will receive your cashout before or by the 20th of the following month.  Hope this help.  Good luck. :wave:

If you've got at least 25$, of which 15$ is from credited offers (not bonues/referrals), then approval for cashouts is pretty instantaneous. But cashouts are only 'delivered' on the 20th of the month following your cashout request, so a cashout today would get paid July 20th.
