I been doing this for over 5 years and they want proof of who I am now all of a sudden. I wondered if I was the only one they are doing this to or is it everyone. I have no idea why after having direct deposit for 5 years they would deny my cash out. Doesn't make sense to me.

I have never had that experience. I read all posts, so I pretty much know what to look out for. I thought I might have to send mine's in when I wanted my money direct deposited, but I preferred to have PayPal hold my money for me. That eliminated the need for an ID or anything else. You need to check into that, because someone could have tried to steal your identity and it may be their way of protecting your money. ??? ??? ???

That's a good point.
I've also got mine set up through my PayPal.
The only thing I have direct deposited is my paycheck from work.

I've never been asked for personal identification.

I had to do this on my first cashout. My daughter referred me. She lives in another town. Because we have to same last names I guess they questioned whether we were the same person on not. My daughter also had to do it too on her next cashout.

I would be hesitant to provide ID to someone over a fax...I would just use paypal or something.

I've had direct deposit for ages. never had that problem? maybe you should fill out a support ticket to be sure it isn't a hack or something?

I find it hard to believe that it was fusioncash asking for that. I wonder if it was a scam by someone who hacked in. If it was fusioncash though, it is very surprising to me...

Oh it is definitely fusion cash asking for it, I have been cashing out direct deposit for at least 4 years, almost 5 and all of a sudden they want me to fax my identity. It is really strange. I don't know what it costs to send a fax, I don't know I imagine the cash out is worth more. but still don't know why they would ask me after all of this time, it seems really strange to me.

If the barrier to you faxing ID is really the cost, I'll be happy to give you a $2 bonus to cover it upon submission of acceptable ID.

no ive never had them ask that,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Yes I have been asked to fax my id. It was my 1st cashout but im not concerned about it, BUT in your case, that sure seems strange to me. But yes def say it is FC asking you for it, I would just send it to them and not worry. maybe they just want to make sure you are still with FC.... lol

How much have you got as a total in cashouts? Did you ask them? Not being smart but they could tell you why more so than any of us. I have only cashed out once and it was the min amount. I probably wouldn't want to fax a copy of my ID though. ???

It doesn't cost anything to send a fax. Do they have a fax machine where you work? Most banks will fax stuff for their customers.
