Title: Sign up Bonus Error

Now Back to my problem.. I am having trouble recieving my signup bonus it first goes to a screen that says.. Sorry you need to fill out your personal information to recieve your bonus. I click the link to fill out my information and BAM! External error message. Any suggestions would be very helpfull Thank yewwww

Try putting in a Support Ticket.  It may be a temporary thing going on but, Support should be apprised of the situation.

tehehe yea i did that just in case it wasnt my computer acting funny thanks for the help though  :thumbsup:

When ever strange things happen on my computer with a site that I usually don't have problems with, my standard response is

1.  Clear my cookies and temporary files. Try again

     You can use the Windows Tools app or if you have CCleaner, use that software.  (I like CCleaner    because it clears all my browsers caches on one run and is reasonable fast.)  I'm often amazed at how often this solves the problem.

2.  If that doesn't help, try another browser.  My normal browser if Firefox.  But I also use IE and Chrome.  I'm currently using Chrome for FC because it handles Radio Loyalty better than the other 2.

3. If it still gives my problems, I turn off my computer. Log back on and try again.
    If that fails, I try my old computer (XP) and try again.

4.  If none of this helps, I call on Support, since it's probably not my computer that the problem.

I agree with the previous posters to put in a support ticket. I also would try to clear your cookies to see if anything changes. It might also depend on what web browser you are using.
