Where does it say special offers when you click on the free no credit card offers.  Haven't seen that one as yet.  Can you help please.  What does it state for that.

Sorry, but I'm not sure what you are asking. I've never heard of special offers but if you asking how to get to free offers. You go to the offers page and then you just choose free no cc needed. If someone mentioned to you that special offers are supposed to be under that area and you don't see them maybe they expired already.
