A friend gave me an aloe plant.

Me and house plants don't get along... think the plant world post offices have my picture posted as a 'Most Wanted' for being a serial killer of something...

yeah it is nice to have aloe plants around, they do come in handy. Also if you do not use them for cuts, you can always eat or drink them.

I used to have a bunch of them as they kept multiplying but somehow they all died off.  I'll have to get one this fall as they're good for burns.

I burned my hand with boiling water one day and my grandmother gave me an Aloe plant.  It is good for burns.  Wish I had it when I got burned.  Maybe it would not have blistered.
