Title: Do you make money from adding your banners?

I have been ading this banner when I post on forums, and just wanted to know if you make anything from do that or not?

If people click on it and sign up, then yes.  I believe its $1 for the person signing up, $2 if they complete 1 offer, and $5 every time they cash out.
