I was wondering what the best method would be to start making at least 10 bucks per day if possible? Does majority of these offers require a credit or debit card membership?

You may be able to pull that off if you do the tasks for a couple hours each day while listening to RadioLoyalty the whole time, BUT I do think it would be a way too much work for $10. You can also get paid for referrals, but I suggest giving the site a try for a month or so on your own before you do that. Then you will be able to help your referrals better which will help your payout better.
I can usually get away with earning a $1 or $2 a day.

$10 a day isn't exactly realistic. You could probably manage to pull off $5 a day if you had the time and patience
Surveys are anywhere from $0.35-$3+. Surveys are looking for certain demographics so some people are more successful than others.
Radio loyalty is way to rack up some money if you're going to be sitting at the computer for long periods anyway.
tasks and videos are a way to get small amounts quickly as well
I never pay for anything and usually make at least $40 a month. I'm at over $18 for this month so far so you can make money but it's not going to be like a job paycheck
