Do you prefer Netflix or Hulu?
-
I prefer hulu because there's a whole variety of movies & shows. Netflix gives the old stuff and shows with a season or 2, which sucks. Go hulu! :)
-
yeah i used too like netflix, hulu is great, but also i v been looking at vudu, they have a great selection of tv shows that u can get the next day, like fx or show time, but im willing too pay to get the show i want to watch, like burn notice on usa u can pay $1.99 for each episode, or pay for the whole season, new episodes that is...
-
I like Netflix. I was able to catch up on alot of shows that I had missed episodes on. Also got to start new series that I had always wanted to watch. I tried Hulu twice actually but they didn't have much I liked.
-
This is a very easy question to answer!! Netflix is 100x better then Hulu, I can't even believe that both even cost the same price!! :dontknow:
-
we use netflix it is great for us because we worked all the time in our 30s and 40s and did not get to watch tv now we are catching up on all the series we missed i am watching heroes now
-
I have used netflix for years, it is a little slow on some movies. But i enjoy some of the TV series I haven't been able to watch.
-
I like Netflix, but I'll use Hulu once in awhile to catch up on a recently missed program.
-
blockbuster
-
I have never tried Hulu...I use Netflix.....so I can't compare the two.....I wish Netflix had more movies to choose from....
-
I've tried neither. I suppose the one that had the most shows that interested me is the one I'd like the most and of course the one that has the least connectibility issues.

Do you prefer Netflix or Hulu?
i like netflix. :icon_rr:  :star: :angel11: ;D :D
-
hulu, only for the simple reason that i dont like the commercial movies that they provide for in netflix im more into the hardcore action, and since there is none there, i prefer hulu because you can at least watch action tv shows like knight rider and hunter. but to be honest i dont go to either, hulu doesnt have all the episodes and netflix dont have all the movies, i just rather buy used dvd's on amazon
-
Hulu was or used to be free what happened. I watch the old movies ever so often. O well nothing is free anymore. Read a book they are still free from the library. God Bless LOL
-
I have both and love them both for different reasons.... Netflix; because of the movies (I can catch things I missed at the theaters/even though it takes a while for them to update...) Huluplus; because of my favorite tv shows that I may miss an episode because I watched something else or was busy...) So, it is really hard to choose! :dontknow:

I have been using Netflix for many years now. When they had the big price increase a few years ago I switched to streaming only. I use it all the time, I bet I watch close to an hour every day. I like that they have a separate "kids" channel. We only have cable on one tv so it is good option for us.
-
I use both, but only the free account on Hulu. Hulu for any current shows I'm into and Netflix for past TV gems! Netflix is definitely better all around.
-
Get a Roku and Netflix. You can get the free channel, UStvNow, which gives you tv shows like HULU.
-
hulu for sure...they offer so much more of a variety!
-
I have netflix and think it is great, but never tried Hulu. My family can watch whenever they want on their laptops, plus our tv, and through a couple dvd players in our house too.
-
I have both! Hulu is so much better. The ability to save shows that I've missed is the best.
-
I use netflix -- there are a lot of shows I miss during the year and they get posted on here shortly after. I go through spurts where I can't/dont watch tv and this is the best use for me. $7.99 + you get movies, good deal to me.
-
I use Netflix cuz I can stream via Wii. Some shows are good but Netflix doesn't have all the seasons, which sucks. They should have more seasons. But I'm not sure about hulu's price, content or streaming. But something I may look into later, maybe worth the switch.
-
I think Netflix is better. But, and this is a big but, I find Apple to have a much better selection of movies and TV shows. Unfortunately they do not have a subscription service. So I mainly stick with Netflix and surprisingly Youtube has many movies as well.
-
I use Netflix.
-
I perfer Netflix
-
I use all three, Netflix, Hulu, Vudu. Vudu has the more recent movies right away. Netflix has a lot to choose from to, but they take awhile to bring on new movies. Hulu seems to have much more TV shows that I
may have missed at one time or the other. They are all good and each one serves its purpose, which mostly for me is to do without the commericals on regular TV. I like to watch a show without interruptions.
-
Do you prefer Netflix or Hulu?
that is an impossible decision, one has paid for commercials/way better selection, the other NO commercials /less of selection BUT BOTH ARE SAME $
-
I use both for different things. I pay for netflix to watch past tv shows and movies and use hulu (free version) to watch current shows since I don't pay for cable.
-
Do you prefer Netflix or Hulu?
I prefer Netflix, no commercials
-
I perfer Netflix
-
If referring to streaming only and not overall package I like the selection of movies with Netflix, but this can be sometimes limited as there are a lot I also see that are not available this way. As to television shows I don't have the Hulu Plus (only free version), but I still prefer to degree Hulu for selection.
-
i have trie hulu a few times and its a bit confusing to me...
i like netflix because i actually kind of like watching old tv shows or movies haha.
you can find high quality clips of recent movies or tv shows any where online, but cant say the same for old ones
-
I prefer both cause one has some shows I watch and the other one has other shows
-
I like both but I think hulu is better since there are episodes that you can watch there even without premium or watch episodes in the premium section without having to wait for it to go on netflix.
-
neither, thanks

Okay this is going to be very easy to compare fro me because Last year i tried both at the same time, of course I tried Hulu plus first because you only had a week to decide if your going to keep it or not. I did like some of the movies and shows but my issue was it kept buffering every 15 minutes regardless if I was on the computer or thru my Xbox 360. So that was a problem even tech support could not help me with the buffering issue so Bye Bye Hulu plus. Then it was Netflix turn and I had no buffering problem at all but they were showing more TV shows then movies so it was just not worth the price to me to keep Netflix either last year. Now this year comes and Netflix has a new CEO and when they started to produce new shows it got my attention again so I re signed up with them and took another look at them. This time around with the new producing shows and even with the older shows series I see that the movies shown is a lot more too and so kinda current. I am so happy to say that I now fell in love with Netflix the second time around and I won't ever cancel with them ever unless they go crappy again which I hope that they don't. I have both Netflix And Redbox Instant so whatever Netflix does not show in movies Redbox instant has plus I get 4 DVD credits per month with Redbox Instant at the kiosk boxes. So I have the best of both Worlds now. I would never take another look at Hulu Plus, I just don't like them my opinion. :peace:

I prefer Netflix. There are many more things that I like on there.
-
Netflix had great movie selection but hulu does more t.v series. i like both.
-
We are now using Netflix and I am not impressed, however, my husband and daughter are choosing the movies so there have been no chick flicks for me!!!
-
I like hulu free because it's free
-
I have both but perfer netflex.
-
i never use either of those services, but i hear good tyhings about hulu
-
Netflix! I had both for a while and Hulu just didn't cut it for us!
-
I prefer Netflix! We have used it for a couple of years now and really like it! Much better than Hulu!!!
