I just spent 15 minutes on a survey answering questions and finished the survey. At the end, I hit the last continue button and get the message from FC"This survey is closed, etc." I just wasted 15 minutes of my time and will not get credit for it????? Disgusted to say the least.
Got a suggestion...when a survey closes, let everyone know BEFORE taking the survey NOT at the END. This is one of the reasons why I usually don't go for the surveys anymore.

Yes it's annoying. That's why I avoid surveys. Such a waste of time.

Something Similar Happened Last Week. I Completed A Survey, Then It Said I Didn't Qualify And It Only Paid $.01 . I Know Its Frustrating But Don't Give Up On Surveys. I Earn At Least $30 Plus A Month On Surveys :peace:

It can and does happen that a survey is open/available when you begin, and closed/full by the time you finish. Sadly, there is little that we can do in these cases.

That would explain it but it's a pain when you could be doing something constructive.

I went into the surveys section yesterday, and actually was credited 2 cents after not getting anything for weeks. I am with the majority; I stopped doing surveys on FC because the survey system is whack!! When the message is "Sorry, but you do not qualify for this survey at the present time", I discovered, none too late, that they do not credit you for even attempting that survey. It is discouraging, to say the least. I also discovered that the surveys do not count toward the 5 cents; that is because, when I went to ptc, I ended up going back and doing 2 more Radio Loyalty because, although I had done 2 surveys, 1 video and 2 Radio Loyalty, it said I had only earned 3 cents instead of the five cents required. So I did 5 Radio Loyalty yesterday. :thumbsup: :o :thumbsup: :wave:

I am close to forgetting about surveys, it seems like I spend so much time without credit for one reason or another. Tasks seem like a great way to get credit.

Hey FC, how about giving members .01c for trying any of the surveys. Not just FC surveys but all the others too, like my thought counts, Sampilious, my view and all the others. That would at least give us something for the hundreds of times of trying and being sent to the were sorry page

Was this the "Fun New Grocery Item Study" for 8 minutes? I just spent 14 minutes on it, got a "thank you for completing the survey" page, and when I was redirected to Fusioncash was told "Sorry, the survey is closed." A waste of my time and very frustrating to say the least.

I have had that happen to me on a few times, but I try to not let that discourage me to much. However, if the survey is closed why would they let anyone take the survey and then remind them that it is closed.

i usually make most of my money from surveys. I do really well with them. they don't work out for everyone on here, but I do well with surveys. but I can see why some of you would get frustrated with them. this past month, I had some issues with some that I normally never have problems with. but I think i'm back on track again now.

just got a email from fusioncash saying the survey took the money back, saying i wasnt really into the survey, :dontknow: :crybaby2: ::) :( :-[ :'( :BangHead:

The surveys have always been hit or miss for me. I go in waves taking them. When I'm on a roll....I keep going and make lots of $$. When I begin to hit snags, I get frustrated and need to sit it out awhile...then I get back in.

I think the survey is usually just closed to the profile your putting in. Your age group , etc. It may be open to other age groups until they meet that quota. I know some are based on what state you live in. I hope this helps a little.

This things happens to me too, Its kinda frustrating but I found it very hilarious, I tried to show my husband what Im doing and he kinda help me speed up clicking my answers, and after 30 minutes or more answering those repetitive questions, I got the message Congratulations, You are qualified for a survey. Im like, what was that long questions and answer that I just did? Was that a qualifying round only? Then I saw the arrow saying proceed to the survey. So we proceed and we spend another 20 minutes or more and at the end of the survey I got another message saying Unfortunately, you did not qualify. Then there was another arrow asking would you like to see if you qualify for another? So I finally said heck with a No ;D ;D ;D

I usually do ok with the tv commercial surveys. They used to be $1.00 then dropped to .75c and now are only .35c but I will keep trying more. :thumbsup:

Yes. That was the one. It was really frustrating. Other sites let you know before you start the survey, not after you finish, so I don't know why FC can't do the same.

There's nothing that FC can do. Sometimes the survey that you attempt gets filled before you finish it. It's happened to me before. I just move on to the next one.
