how do i contact customer support about cashing out..??
i need to speak to someone

Have you try the support ticket? it's locate on the very bottom of the page

You won't be able to actually speak to anyone.  Everything is done by written word.  You submit a support ticket and in due time Support will get back to you.

If you have a generic question about how to cash out, you can present the issue in the Forum and you may get an answer more quickly. 

When you have at least $25 in your account and at least $15  of that is from offers, a CASHOUT link will show up on your Account page in the ACCOUNT Balance box (left side of page, scroll down).
This will also show you the split of your account balance between offers and bonuses.

You need to select HOW you want to receive your funds.  Your options include

1.  Check by mail
2.  Direct deposit to your bank account (you need to provide your bank information to process the transfer)
3.  Paypal deposit - you must have a verified PAYPAL account.  Need to provide the Paypal deposit information.
Generally, you need to have a bank account or debit card to get a verified Paypal account)

If you've gone through the FAQ/Help and can't find an answer to your question, then click on Support (bottom of the page) and submit a ticket.
