i cant find where i upload the pic of my check so i can get credit

Go to the Contests and Promotions section of the Forum.
Click on the thread about posting a proof of payment. The topic is locked but when you get to the landing page, there will be a link that will take you to the page for you to upload your picture.

The link swogden provided is the correct site for uploading proof of payment pictures. It may say "None of your cashouts are currently available for picture bonuses. Please note that you can have only one pending request at a time."
If you don't have an eligible cashout, you won't be able to post anything until you do.

If it's denied because the picture is too big or some other reason at the outset, of course, you would be able to change your picture and try again.
If your picture is accepted by the system and then FC determines that the picture is not valid (ie you posted a picture for the wrong payment or some other reason), you will find out if the cash out amount/date reappears in the list of available cash outs to post a POP.
Hasn't happened to me, yet, under the new procedure.
Suggest you click on the icon for your picture to double check you have posted the right Proof of Payment for you cash out, if you are concerned. You can always cancel the request and do it again if you did it wrong.
