Title: Do you get along with the teenagers in you family? Children and Grandchildren

Around holidays they are very close. but when you want to join them in a movie or a concert they don't want you near them. they say we don't know the modern generation and they don't want to be embarassed.

I get along with the kids and grandkids the new generation is no different than us at that age we just forget!!!

We have a teenage son that we get along with great!

I would be the child in this situation and I get along with my grandparents ( I love them) but not my parents hm
