Title: Anyone Else Not Receiving Survey Credits in Chrome?

My firefox has been running super slow and I'm not sure why. So, I went back to using chrome and I completed to surveys tonight on partner sites and I'm not receiving credit. It sucks because I spent 40 minutes each. Feedback on chrome?

It's weird because it works fine for the videos and radio.

I'm using chrome and having no trouble receiving credits for surveys... sometimes it can take a little time so be patient and see what happens

Ever since I started using Chrome,almost all of my surveys credit.I had more problems with crediting when I used IE.

I have to use chrome for the videos because for some reason IE won't let me see them. It is aggravating having to switch back and forth to do certain things.

I have to use Google chrome because a lot of things on here work better using it. The task area it doesn't show the tasks in the other browsers either. All of my surveys credit using it. Maybe they just didn't credit yet. Sometimes it takes a while for them to credit. Good luck!, hopefully you receive your credits.

i used explorer   and wasnt getting credits but as soon as I switched to chrome to do them I have been getting credit and a lot of mthem

As another member suggested, it sometimes takes hours or even day to get credit for surveys. If you still have not been credited in 7 days, you can open a support ticket and FC will look into it for you.

I use chrome to watch FC videos because I found that I did not always get credited using safari and, sometimes, firefox. That is for videos. I was using chrome for surveys but then began to have trouble accessing the surveys so I had to go back to firefox for surveys.

I hope that you will get credit for taking those 40 minute surveys. That is a long time to spend on a survey with no credit.

I was using IE to do vidieos and maybe got credit for two       :dontknow: :dontknow: but I switched to chrome and now I am getting  lots of credits for vidieos    good luck and just dont give up
