Love?
What is love?
Love is a strong word.
When the word love comes to mind i want to know what ya'll think
everyone tell me whats ya'll think love is?

I dont believe in fairy tale romance love any more. The most powerful love in the world is the love between a mother and her child. That is the only kind of love I would die for. The other kind of love I have lost hope in.

Love.  What a word thats been abused and overused.  I stopped believing in love a long time ago.  Dealing with humans will kill it off everytime.

Jaded is the word for me. :bs:

love is not tangible, but if you think about a time when you had nothing at all, theres always love. Everyone thats getting married and stuff, if there isnt love what is there?

You shouldn't say that even if your relationship didn't work out how you wanted it to. There was LOVE then, it just didn't work out. Love doesn't always last but it is an amazing thing. If you don't believe in it, obviously you have never experienced it or just a depressed person that locks themself up.

Love is a bit overused, but I still believe in it.  I think love is different for everyone though, and I do not like to define it to words.  Trying to define it almost demeans it.  Wanting to spend time and sacrifice your individual life for someone is love, and the emotions one feels is personal but therefore individual definitions of love.

Love is definately real.  Many of us think that we can only love someone if the other person loves us or is nice to us.  The truth is that whether or not you love someone is up to you.  Love is what makes you put money in a beggars cup when no one is watching, love is why you don't get mad when someone cuts you off in the car, love is the reason you make dinner for your teenage child that yelled at you and said you were a lousy mom.
Of course there is romantic love as well, but once again...no one has to love you for you to love someone.

i'm not sure just where i stand on romantic love.
but i believe in other types of love.
i believe in the kind of love that aspenl described.
and i most certainly believe in the love of god.

I believe in love and all that it is.But I can't seem to find the right love for me so I just pray about it and give it God because half of the time what we are looking for is not what God has in store for us.So I will just wait on him......... :BangHead: :sad1: :angel11:
