I can log in but I can't do much of anything on the site. Images are not being displayed.The daily cash email isn't working. And I can't navigate through it to do surveys, watch videos etc. And I tried it using several different browsers and several different computers and I am having the same problem with all of them so I don't think it is a problem on my end. And this community forum seems to be one of the only places I can get to on the site today. Nothing else seems to be working.I already have submitted a support ticket and am waiting to hear from them.

Yes, I'm having the same problem. I thought it was just me. I clicked on for my daily email and got a "mess" that reminded me of the way the internet was when it first started. LOL I can't do the daily email either.
Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

Yes I had trouble with it earlier. It just froze up on me and I had to restart my computer. That's actually the first time that has happened tome.

I also did 2 paid to calls and neither one credited. the Auto Insurance one I stayed on the phone 60 minutes because I'm really in the market for Insurance.

Yes, I am having problems with this website today. The video page is the one that is not working for me. I can't watch any movies. When I click the links nothing happens. Can't even see the pictures.

Now I am too. The PTC doesn't show the minutes needed to wait.

It still isn't working.It looks as though it is a problem with html and java script.But it only is affecting that web site and no others so I can't figure out what is going on. I originally thought it was a problem on their end but at least a couple people here say they are having no problems so I don't know now. I checked my friend's laptop and she lives with me but connects to my internet and I found the same problem. So could it be an ISP issue? I also checked the computer in the community room in my apartment building and again the same issue. But I don't know who they use for their ISP. So I checked three different computers and on my computer I tried to access it using internet explorer, firefox and google chrome and the same problem with all of the browsers. I am usually pretty good at figuring out computer issues but I can't just figure this one out. I guess I will have to wait to hear from Fusion Cash. I have seen web pages in the past load without html images but I just reload the page and that usually straightens out the problem. But this time that isn't working. No videos are loading and I can't access any of the other features either like paid to click and surveys. So it looks as though I won't be earning any money at all on the site today because I can't really access anything other than the community forum. I can log in but that is about it.

Same issues here, don't really know exactly what time it all went haywire but it certainly has problems. Good to know I am not alone here, thought it was all on my end too. Hopefully they will remedy this soon!

Having problems opening it up with Firefox, but was able to open it up in Chrome with no problems.

I am also having trouble opening it up. I've tried firefox and IE and both are looking very funky. Can't get the daily email to work. Haven't tried anything else yet. There's no trouble with the forum. I don't have chrome.

Glad to know I am not the only one having problems. I checked it out thoroughly on my end and I am almost certain it has to be an issue with the web site. Still waiting to hear from them but maybe in the meantime it willl get straightened out. I did at least manage to do my 20 searches from the Fusion Cash toolbar to get 5 cents there but then I tried the paid to click but as someone else said it didn't work. The time clock was missing and after I knew the 2 1/2 minutes was up coupon center seemed to work but the click to get my 15 cents did not work. It also looks like radio loyalty works as well but I did not check it. But the earn cash, fc surveys and videos links are not working at all.Even though I don't usually use it the tasks link seems to be working as well.But what an ugly looking web site with no images of any kind appearing.

It is very weird that some people are having problems and other's aren't. I don't quite get it. If it was a problem on their end you would think everybody would have problems. And it doesn't seem to be a browser issue because I tried it using internet explorer, google chrome and firefox and I am having the same problem with all three. And I tried opening up a new window in google chrome in incognito thinking it was a cookie issue. Which it wasn't. Exactly the same problem. I didn't think it was a cookie issue because if it was it wouldn't affect all three browsers but I wanted to check. There is nothing more I can do other than wait to hear from them or maybe in the meantime the problems I am having will get straightened out. The whole thing is puzzling to me.

I'm having the same problem as everyone else too! Can't do the daily email and the main page looks very strange. The only thing I can use it seems is the forum, hope the problem gets fixed soon. This is a great site on most days!

I didn't have a problem earlier today (before 1pm) but noticed my FC webpage disappearred and left me with Radio Loyalty.
Discovered around 6pm when I tried to bring up the FC site that I didn't get the new format (something that looks like an original HTML? arrangement). Could not log in on Firefox, but I was able to log in on Chrome.
Tried the Daily Click. Got through most of it, but noticed that pages that would normally come up as new tabs, didn't. They came up and replaced the original page -- could use the back arrow to go back. When I got to the final 60 sec ad, the link did not work at all. When I tried to log in using Chrome again, got the same HTML format, not the new format.
The Radio Loyalty link did not work; but I was able to connect to the Forum -- and found your thread.
Suspect the problem is primarily FC and they will work it out eventually.
My experience above was on my Windows 7 laptop. Also tried in on my XP desktop.
On the XP desktop, the FC new format came up when I logged in and I was able to start the Daily Click and worked through it until the last 60 sec ad. At that point, the 60 sec ad link did not work.
I was able to view 2 video ads, but had to refresh to see whether I got credit and at that point the HTML format returned instead of the new FC format.
I have submitted a support ticket on this and directed them to this forum thread.
As an interesting aside, I was able to enter the FC site from the support page and got the new format and a working RL link.
So I'm back to listening to music and it is crediting.
But when I clicked on the Daily Click link on the FC tab, I got the HTML format; tried to work through it; again got to the final ad and the link would not bring up the ad.

Okay....so this is weird. It's all fixed for me now. I tried to do the daily cash email and couldn't, everything looked funky. Then I tried to do Paid to Click and had no troubles, and wa lah, everything was working again. I went back and tried to do the daily cash email and no trouble. Glad it's fixed and hope it stays that way.

I was able to log in and do my daily email and I am doing the daily paid to click. When I refresh the website it is basic wording and links. There is no color or flash. The surveys are giving me a problem also and I just sent in a ticket to ask about that

They apparently are having problems but it is weird that everyone seems to be experiencing different issues with the site.

I'm having the issues listed off and on. Right now it's my ptc that's malfunctioning. Earlier it was the daily email.

I use Safari and it's a hot mess on here for me too! There is no flash, no color it's like what a website looks like when your doing web page design stuff.

So glad that it's not just me. I was worried that something had happened to my computer or my account. Hopefully they get it settled so everything will work again.

I had the same problems! I couldn't even log in today on aol--had to go on internet explorer to get my stuff done--but I got it all done and made a good days work easy!!

i was having the same problem with all the pages, then i noticed the https button when you first login was off, i turned it to on now every page but the fc survey page is working.

I am when I try to access FC using either safari or firefox. I get a message about having zoom in and zoom out off or on. I can't remember which. I am told to hit control and zero to get full zoom but it does not help. I am glad that I am not the only one having a problem. Thus far, everything is still ok when I use chrome. :dontknow:

There is a "hide" link at the end of the message. This will turn off the notice for a time.
It's purpose is to let you know that the zoom is in effect and you may want to turn it off to be able to view the page better.
Your option; but may be useful to know if you're using a mobile device with a smaller screen.

Thanks for the info. I did hide it but it did not correct the problem but I guess that was not the purpose of the message. The Fusion Cash site is now back up. :wave:

So far I've had trouble with some of the surveys.I had 7 surveys on my FC Surveys page and could not access them when I clicked the links nothing happened.I also tried My Thought Counts and it wasn't working either.I haven't tried Tasks yet but I will in a few minutes.So far,the only things that have worked for me today have been the daily email and Radio Loyalty.

I'm having trouble with the site as well I can't do the email nor the Paid To Click. We'll probably just have to wait until the site is fixed, which will more than likely be soon.

I am surprised to see so many of you having problems. No problems for me, everything seems to work fine. Kind of strange that so many are having problems.

I am also having problems. Web page not loading and can't get my daily e-mail. I haven't tried anything else though as the page isn't loading right. I just got a new computer and thought something wasn't set right. I even installed firefox thinking it might be the browser, but still no luck. I am glad that it isn't something on myend as so many others are having issues.

Yeah, I'm having problems too! Can't do the daily email, RadioLoyalty doesn't work and neither do the surveys! I've tried it on both chrome and FF. There are no videos available now but earlier I had trouble with them too!

i too am having issues it started last night around 6pm. no daily email cant click on surveys pages are displaying correctly in html. pretty much the entire site is down.

9/11/13 7:30 am central time. It seems the forum is all I can get going at this point too! I did get to do todays Paid To Click at about 2:30 am central time. I wonder If being 9/11 has anything to do with the glithes and bugs everyone is experiencing?

I've had some issues today too .. had to refresh pages to get them to function correctly .. It seems to be smoothing out as I go along.

I am having the same problem, I was just wondering if it was me or anyone else having this problem. I can log in but then I get a funny display saying my zoom in or out is on. I tried to reset but no luck. Fusion cash is the only site I am having trouble with I think it might be on there end.

Still having problems this morning. It doesn't look as though anything has been fixed at all. The site looks exactly the same as it did yesterday.All I was able to do yesterday was earn 5 cents for my 20 searches using the toolbar because nothing else worked for me. Now I will check my e-mail to see if they responded to my support ticket. I think they said these things can take up to 48 hours so I may not even hear from them today.

I also got that crazy message about zoom in and zoom out. I tried to do what it said hit Control + 0. And of course it did nothing. At first I thought maybe I hit a wrong button somewhere along the line to change the way my pages were being displayed. But if I did that it would have had to affect other websites as well and not just Fusion Cash.

Just an update. I checked my email and no response yet from Fusion Cash. But I did get my paid daily email from them and I got it yesterday as well. But it doesn't do me any good because the site just isn't working. I brought that up because I think there were at least a couiple of people who said they didn't get the email yesterday. They have to know the site is having problems I would guess. But somehow they are able to send emails so something has to be working. I remember a number of months ago the site was down for maintenance and I never got the email until later in the day when the site came back up. But I don't think I have ever seen a web site have this kind of problem. I have seen instances where images don't appear on the web page but refreshing the page almost always resolves the problem. But in this case that doesn't work. They really should reimburse us for the inconvenience. Like maybe adding 25 cents to all of our accounts to make up for the things we haven't been able to do on the site. But I know that is way too much to ask for.

It didn't work for me either yesterday and this morning. But....then I noticed on the unfamiliar screen that did come up that there was a link that said: " http off", I clicked on that and
lo and behold everything came up just fine, finally. You may want to try that and see if it works for you... good luck

OK I take that back, I just tried to do the PTC and radio and others and it went right back to that weird log in screen.....I don't know whats happening here.... other people don't seem to have any
problems at all..... what the heck is going on???? Hope they do something soon.... please

I struggled today for the first time ever in getting FusionCash to work. I got a message saying my browser (Firefox) had the zoom in and zoom off function set and that I needed to set my settings back to the default. WHAT!?!?!?!?
I googled that and returned a few times to my Fusion Cash, and the situation had corrected itself.

I'm seeing that this thread was started yesterday (Sept. 10th) and a lot of members were having issues with the site. I didn't yesterday at all, but am having problems today.....bummer!!! Hope Admin sees all the commotion and threads being posted about the problems and fixes them soon!!

I just completed the PTC with no problems, and then watched several videos and did one daily task. So, I'm wondering if things are being, or have been fixed. I have yet to go back and try the DCE, which wasn't working when I tried earlier. Will go try now and update.
Update: Just did the DCE, so it seems to have been fixed....yay!!!!!!!!

Yeah the main web site seems like it isn't showing pictures, styles, and scripts... I tried to do the PTC using this funky format and got all the way to the final part of step 3, but it didn't execute the javascript so wouldn't show the last site. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

My Radio Loyalty stopped working in the last 10 minutes -- it shows as a totally black page.
Tried to reload it, but got the same black page.
FC page is still in HPPS mode, but shifts to FC format when i click Earn Cash.
Update: 1:00pm est 9/11/13 my Radio Loyalty is back up. Refreshed the page after the black page came up and the working page came up. Back to listening.

I just had the same issue with RadioLoyalty, however I'm not having the same problem with the FC website. When I click on "Earn Cash" it goes where it's supposed to in the new FC layout. You might try restarting your browser and see what happens. Just a thought.... :dontknow:

I put in a fix for this just now - I'm very sorry for the delay. I believe this issue is related to Cloudfront, which we use to deliver images/scripts/styles to you in the quickest possible way. It's probably affecting some but not all folks since Cloudfront has many end-points each with their own copies of the files.
I've cleared them all out and re-versioned them, so on your next page load it should be working properly. A ctrl+F5 refresh will likely fix it if it's still looking messed up.

Fusion Cash website worked okay for me today, but Radio Loyalty keeps going offline and leaving me with a blank screen.
Not sure what that's all about. Too bad for me since I leave it running while I do all sorts of other things. :(
Oh, well, tomorrow is another day.

We have the best Admin. Thanks for staying in communication with us and for working to solve our problems. I came here to find out if I was the only one having trouble today, and found the answer that I was not alone, that admin was aware and working to get us all back on the website. How comforting!

THANK GOD! I thought I had done something and messed up my computer; especially since I kept hitting the (ctrl and 0) buttons and it would not clear up! I was unable to accomplish the daily email. Lets hope it gets straightened out soon; it's pretty hard navigating through the stuff i'm seeing.LOL!!! :sad1:

there is a problem with the daily email. after i wrote in the captcha and clicked the link the link page came up but the email page didn't go to the daily surveys like it normally does, it said couldn't locate and a bunch a random symbols, now it says the email has expired i can only use it once, but i didn't get my 2 cents

Tried again -- got through to the final (60 sec) ad, but clicking the link did not do anything. Stayed right where I was on the daily click page.
Tried refreshing, got the HPPS format; click on Comics to start again and it brought me back to the FC format page with the comic; -- but it also showed that I had completed everything except the final ad. Tried it again; again stay on the daily click page.
The countdown timer is also not showing. But the Coupon link does open up after 2.5 minutes.

I'm not able to do anything on FC today! Thought it was my computer and am so glad was able to get to the Forum to find out it is not just my problem! Hope its fixed soon; I just tried again and nothing happening. Can't get past the main page and its missing a lot of stuff!

It was happening last evening also,,,, was hoping it would be fixed today but I guess not :(
I did a few things this morning, but now its back to not working and I can't do a darn thing. I ahve rebooted, cleared cookies, and cashe and history and still no luck. Feeling frustrated !!!!!!!!! :( :( :'( :'(

I had this problem when the page shows up click "Control N" and it will bring up the pages. I only discovered it this morning. Now I have no problems with it.

Glad to hear it. Seems like it might have been also caused by some intermittant DNS issues, which I've also worked around. Fingers crossed!
