My brother wasn't nervous about getting married, but like you said, about all the things that had to be done.  Although, I think it's perfectly normal to be nervous about either.  Good luck and enjoy it!  :)

It's just the stress of knowing there's "so much to do" before your big day.  Of course, you know it'll all get done before then so there's really nothing to stress about.  A December wedding sounds really nice!  In the end, everything will fall into place.  I hope your wedding day is as special as you want it to be!  Good luck to you both!

Its normal!  I think planning a wedding is very stressful and that could be a part of it.  Just take some time to breath and slow down a little.  Spend time with friends and family and get others to help.  Starting a new life with someone is a little scary.  My husband and I never when out on a date we only saw each other once in a while and talked every day on the phone.  We fell in love that way.  I met him in Jan around the 15th and we started talking on the phone every day in August after I got off work and we married in Oct on the 12th so we knew each other 9 months and next month we will be celebrating 12 years of marriage granted there has been ups and downs but out love for each other is the same since we met.  Our problems in our marriage has to do with his siblings or mine.  He is a good man and he gives me the world he may not have money but he takes good care of me especially since I got sick.  I love him with my whole heart and I am always afraid of loosing him because of my disability but his love for me doesn't change and he wishes I could see that sometimes it just this is my longest relationship and I worry about everything.  People around me say that kind of love is one in a life time.

It's alright to be nervous.  You are starting a whole new part of life and that's always scary.  The new and unfamiliar is always something we want to have but aren't sure we want once it's ours.  Just remember the reasons why you started this journey and you will realize that things are fine.  Also realize that just because you are married, that doesn't mean you still can't do whatever you want to do.  You aren't ending your freedom.

Congrats!!  Yep, nerves are to be expected!  Been married 38 years and don't remember being too nervous myself but our youngest daughter just got married last year and good grief was she a bundle of nerves!!  Turned out beautifully and they're very happy!

first I would like to say congratulations on getting married . It is a big step but when you have found the right person who completes you it is worth it. planning for a wedding does take a lot of preparation and time and can be a little stressful but you'll get through it

When  my  dad  got  remarried,  he  more  excited  that  nervous.   The  closer  to 12/14   yours  nerves  will settle  down somewhat. Hang  in  there  and  best  of  wishes.
