Title: MySurvey In Daily Offers

I have been trying to take this survey for the last three days and it will not load. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks for your responses! :wave:

I haven't been able to get this page to load either. Only when I am on my desktop computer, but then I wasn't able to get to a survey. It seems like the format of the site has changed.
