Which one is more convenient for you to listen to music in?
-
I like headphones better, while earbuds are louder in my ears, sometimes its too loud and make my ears hurt
-
i like the ear buds because you can really hear your music it like your right there, and i also like head phones because when its cold you get to hear your music and keep your ears warm.
-
I mostly just listen to music with earbuds cause they travel better. However, when I am home, I use whatever is easier to access. I have headphones connected to my TV when I play video games, so if I'm close to that TV, I'll just take those, but if I'm near my purse, I'll go get my earbuds.

Earbuds - except for the fact that they break down easier
-
My ears are tiny and earbuds just don't seem to stay as well for me. I like headphones as long as they're not too tight because they then give me a headache. :-[
-
i prefer headphones most of the time but when i'm working out earbuds are definitely more convenient for me 8)
-
I definitely prefer headphones. I only use earbuds when working out.
-
I use headphones if I just laying around and ear buds when I'm on the go.
-
I have never been able to find ear buds that will stay in for me.
-
I like earbuds a lot better,,!!!! :bunny:
-
My preference is not for either of those, but for ear clips. They look like headphones minus the piece that goes over heads connected to both of the pieces that cover ears.
-
I prefer the feel of headphones, but earbuds sure travel better.
-
i like my ear buds :) they are small and don't have to go over my head so i don't get a headache lol. Plus i can run with my ear buds.
running with headphones is just not a good thing to do lol people look at you funny ;D
-
I prefer headphones. I don't like the feeling of those inside my ear. :'(
-
ear buds are alright but earphones last longer in terms of durability. I have ended having a lot of ear buds only working on one side after a while.
-
I don't like ear buds. They annoy my ears and the sound is no where near what a nice pair of headphones can give you. I like the headphones that cup your ears and are padded. They're so much more comfortable and the sound is phenomenal. Try listening to The Beach Boys "Diamond Head" on headphones. You'll feel like you're sitting right there on the beach! :)

Ear bud Pros:
They don't fall out my ears when I dance or exercise.
People can't hear my music when I blast it.
They don't mess up my hairstyle and I can wear hats with them.
Ear bud Con's:
It's hard to find the perfect ear buds to fit my tiny ears.
It's hard to find ear buds with good sound quality at a decent price.
Head phone Pro's:
They sound better than ear buds, in my opinion (better bass).
I can hear when people are talking to me, so I am not completely oblivious.
Head phone Con's:
People can still hear my music even when wearing headphones.
It messes up my hair styles and falls off when I move around or bend down.

Earphones.I don't really like earbuds.I always worry they might damage my hearing, since they fit farther in the ear. :dontknow:
-
headphones fit my ears better.
-
Definitely headphones. I can't understand the appeal of the earbud type that are so difficult and uncomfortable to stay in one's ears.
-
Earbuds can give me a better sound since they are inside my ears and I can hear better, but I prefer earphones, because the buds have fell out of my ears and I keep having to put them in. That got tiresome for me to and I just try to compensate by increasing the sound on the earphones.
-
i dont like earbuds because they dont stay in my ears. headphones stay on my head and i dont have to fiddle with them.
-
I love for my son to use headphones, but the earphones are cheaper to use.

Personally I like the headphones. I have a hard time keeping the earbuds in my ears and if I do succeed then later my ears will itch really bad. I don't seem to have that problem with the headphones. I guess it really is in what you are used to though. :peace:

Even though earbuds are more convenient to use (esp. if you want to carry them around), I like headphones much better (esp. noise-canceling headphones). Earbuds are louder and more damaging to your hearing -- the strength of sound is proportional to the square of the distance, so if the sound source is 3 times closer to your ear-drums when using earbuds over headphones, then the strength of the sound is about 9 times as strong (32=9). Also the sound quality is much better with headphones than it is with earbuds, esp. in the lower ranges. If you notice, most DJs (as well as recording studios) will use headphones over earbuds in order to hear all of the different layers of sound. Finally some headphones are noise-canceling which means that the outside sound is lessened allowing you to reduce the music's volume (since the music through the headphones won't have to compete with the outside noises) while at the same time allowing you to hear the full range of the music.
Having said all that, most of the time I'm listening to music at work, and there I tend to use earbuds for the convenience factor.

I like headphones cause earphones make my ears hurt.
I don't know it's like the muscles wore out from wearing it or something or it feels like its red from getting flicked after wearing it a while. Then again, the same thing happens with headphones too.

I like both of them. But I have just purchased myself a new headset ( Lightweight ) The older pair I had use to get heavy on my head. These are Skull Candy and they sound much better than my old pair.
-
I would have to say earbuds because they are more comfortable and they are small too. With headphones they can be too big to wear on the ear
-
I prefer headphones to ear buds. Much comfortable and I like them better.
-
I guess I would have haed phones
-
all depends what I am doing, I like headphones for gaming and earbuds for music at work, at home I just listen to it on the big speakers
