I had that.  For about two weeks I felt like I was coming down with the flu, but never really got it.  ??? :P It was weird.  I'd wake up fine, then get feverish and achy in the evening with sneezes and post nasal drip that irritated my throat.  I was tired and irritable the whole time.  I finally got a chance to get some extra sleep, drank some mango nectar (vitamin A) and got rid of it.  :)

If you don't have any other symptoms, you could try one of those energy drinks.

Oh no!  My husband and I just got over a cold/flu battle.  I still feel a little stuffy.  Hope you feel better!
