I was completing a survey and when I was done, I had $5.66 in my account now there is only $.66 cents in my account. Can anyone explain where the $5. is now? ??? :( :( :confused1:

Has it been 180 days since you were credited that money? If you wait too long, the money will go away.

That's always so discouraging. What I would do in a case like this is take a few moments and go over all of the terms of service and frequently asked questions to be sure I'm following all of the rules correctly. If you still don't know what happened to your cash, I would then send a support ticket. The support tab is on the bottom of the page. Hope you get your issue resolved soon.

The credit should still be on your list. It may say denied or expired next to it. Does it say either of those? I would look at it further before submitting a job ticket.

You just joined so it's not possible for anything to have expired. It was most likely your sign up bonus. Did you fully confirm your account?
