If you are referring to offers that credit when you download/install something - typically when you use the link from FC, there is a tracking ID associated with the link sent to the company providing the download. Once the download is completed, the company's software will "notify" them the download/install was successful (something in the installation software or sometimes a follow-up registration - all depends on the download). Once the company receives that confirmation, is uses the tracking ID from the initial link to communicate back to FC that the download was completed successfully.
I've have about a 50-60% success rate on download tasks (personally). Since these rely on "behind-the-scenes" communication, if there is a hiccup in the download process, the original tracking ID can be lost and you lose the credit. Sometimes if your browser cache is too overloaded, it won't track correctly. And sometimes even the browser you use can be a factor in how successful the tracking is.
The way I look at it, is if I wanted the download, as long as it installs, I have it. If I get the FC credit for the download, that's a bonus. I don't do downloads just for the credit, so if I end up not getting it for whatever reason, I still have my download I wanted anyway.
Not sure if this was what you were looking for or not. Hope it helps.

Thanks, I got my answer before I could ask the question. That is one of the reasons I say that Fusion Cash Rocks.
