Eating healthy makes a world of difference in the way your body feels and it's ability to prevent and heal disease. I've been watching my saturated fat intake for years and am trying to control my cholesterol levels that way. So far so good. My biggest downfall is eating too much sugar. I cut way back on sugar at the beginning of the year, and finally got used to having less sugar in my life. I lost ten pounds right away without even trying!!! I eat more fruit, and use more honey. It's worth the effort.

Eating healthy is fantastic! When you are just starting out don't make too many changes at once Start with 2 or maybe 3 the 1st week then add 1 or 2 changes every couple of weeks going forward.
That way it will be easier to stick with and become a way of life.
Good Luck!
