What diet plan has helped you lose weight? :wave: :thumbsup:

Honestly, Weight Watchers. I went to the meetings each week, followed the program (always cheated on weekends), and lost 35 pounds and have kept it off over almost two years!

I have started juicing for 3-4 days. Staying away from carbs, sweets and junk food. Since i cant afford those diet plans. Added gym time as well. I have lost about 10 pounds in 2 months so far.

Eating less no junk food and excercising more. Drinking lots of water.

I lost 30 lbs once just by cutting out carbs. Chips and bread. Of course I put it back on and more. I have PAD and cannot exercise like I should. Wish I could lose about 30 pounds again.

No diet. Modified my heating habits, eating less, portioned meals, low fat and walking an hour a day six days a week.
Have lost 40 lbs so far.

I personally have never dieted, however I think that ANY diet must be accompanied with EXCERCISE in order to be effective!

slimfast and eating sensible meals with not to many carbs but some ( you need some or your body will not respond well and you could become diabetic if you cut them out all together) . There's always the fresh juice method a few times a week. Eating oatmeal, nuts of any kind which are high in protean can help to. FYI the only thing is bad in peanut butter is the shortening agent they use to keep the peanut oil from rising to the top of the jar. Peanut oil is actually a good fat and if you dont mind stiring the jar from time to time you can get it that way or make it on your own and not have to worry about getting fat off it. Oh yeah one last thing anything that can boost your metabolism a lil would help

Diet plans Do not work UNLESS you have a very straight forward diet and stick to it..Let's be Honest here.. Anything to help you lose weight will work ONLY if you have the motivation to stick to it and make healthier choices.. If you are not willing to change.. Then you will not see results.. I see people all the time.. Bashing Products because they don't work.. No.. The Product does work.. The person didn't.. People Who try to lose weight often fail because they do not have enough Motivation, Support, Guidance, etc.. Their are a number of reason.. The Main Fact is if you don't Help yourself then the product will not help you... You have to Be Smart Maintain A Positive Attitude and NEVER GIVE UP! Sometimes it takes a while to lose weight because your body first makes the fat into muscle.. Once that starts then you can start loosing the weight faster.. You don't really want to lose weight to fast anyways because 99% Of the time if you lose weight to fast you will gain it back.. If You lose it at a nice slow pace 99% of the time You will Not Gain it back..

The diet plan that worked the best for me is Weight Watchers. I have been on weight watchers a couple of times and I always lose lots of weight. Unfortunately, I usually gone it back. Not their fault, but mine.

I have lost weight and feel much better eliminating most carbs, especially bread, rice, and potatoes. I can always feel it now if I eat something not good for me. I just wish I could stick to this more and reap the benefits. :thumbsup:

Fasting, portion control, avoid junk food, drink plenty of water and walk-and-walk because it keeps my blood flowing and burns calories at the same time. All these really work!

I made up my own plan. I have breakfast sometimes eggs and sometimes cereal or oatmeal. for lunch I eat a yogurt and then for supper I eat either Chicken *bleep* or wings baked, fish not coated with anything, and nothing that is deep fried only baked. I stay away from all sodas and drink decaf coffee, tea or water. running up and down the stairs 3 down and 3 up every other day. since November 1, I have lost 3 pounds and plan on losing more. so it works not to mention that I eat small portions then I used too because I get full quicker.
