???Have you ever kicked while sleeping? I have done this before a few times. I remember doing it; kicking my leg in my sleep without dreaming of playing soccer or fighting. I wonder what makes me do that. Does anybody have this issue?
-
Yeah it's fairly normal to fidget occasionally during sleep. I once awoke and jumped up out of bed because I thought I was being attacked by someone!
-
My boyfriend has this issue and I can rarely go to sleep at same time because he is constantly kicking and it keeps me from falling asleep. I think he has wrestless leg syndrome really. Maybe you should have it checked out?
-
I have no idea if I still do it now but I know I did when I was little. When we would visit relatives and I had to share a bed I would kick the other person. Sometimes out of the bed.

I don't know if I kick or not.
I do know that I have do a pretty good body "jerk" just as I fall asleep....or at least, so says my husband!! :silly:
-
I move around from side to side while sleeping but don't believe that I kick...At least my husband has never complained about it!!!! lol
-
I think I'm pretty stable in bed, but when I take very short naps on public transportation I've had on more than a few occasions have a sudden burst of movement, which I'm still not sure what causes this. Luckily I haven't hit anyone yet.

I don't really kick, but I jump out of my bed as if someone use that machine on my chest. It happens once in a while tho.

my legs tend to jerk on there own a type of restless leg syndrome especially if i am really tired. my husband always freaks out and asks me whats wrong. lol nothing babe its just something my legs do.

I used to kick in my sleep and I used to sleep with my sister, sometimes my mom, and they said that every time I kicked them that they would kick me back... but of course I don't remember this. lol

i don't know but last week i caught a cramp in my calf that made me sit straight up :o

I honestly don't know if I'm kicking in my sleep, but sometimes I find myself jumping in my sleep. I don't know what causes it. Sometimes I jump so hard that I wake myself up even when I'm not dreaming.

My hubby kicked me one night on my leg because he was dreaming of something that was at him and he was trying to get it away from him. When I said "ouch", he flipped over and went back to sleep. I told him that he kicked me the next morning. :male: :female: :male: :turkey: :turkey: :turkey:

My baby has restless leg syndrome and it is a constant thing every night. If I didn't know better I would think that he was in training for a marathon. Sometimes it is really hard to sleep due to all the kicking , etc. When it gets really bad then I just get up and go to another bed or sleep on the couch. :peace:

hahaha yep all the time, no wonder all the covers always fall off!

I kick in my sleep from time to time. sometimes one of my arms will jerk as well.
-
I don't think I kick when I'm asleep, but I also have that body jerk just as I'm falling asleep. Sometimes I can feel my body almost jump straight up off the bed. I wakes me up, but then I fall back to sleep.
I did some research on it, and came to the conclusion that it is also fairly common.

I have kicked while asleep, when having some scary dreams, like someone chasing me.
-
My spouse is a bad sleeper especially when he drinks. I have been kicked smacked. He has the nerve to get mad when he wakes up and I'm not sleeping there. I am not a wild sleeper and wild sleepers drive me wild
