This year we have had so much good stuff and stay home just made me keep eating!! :P
I think it's time to go back to exercise to lose some of the extra weight!!

I need to go back to exercising asap! I felt so good when I did it. Even if it was only for half an hour. Now I feel all blaaa..

I need to get in a better exercising routine. I have been trying to eat healthy, drink more water, work out, etc, but I have not been doing a very job sticking too it.

In order to keep the weight off exercise is a must. This food is good but the weight gain is not a good look.
