Title: What kind of ornaments do you put on your tree?
Post by: Dynamite2013 on December 01, 2013, 12:39:13 pm: My husband and I every year we buy a new ornament. so we have an different ornament for each year we have had a Christmas together. This year it really is different because the tree is really going to be filled with all our ornaments. I can't wait until we trim it.

Well some are breakable and some aren't breakable. The important thing is that we pick it out together. We put the breakables on the top of the tree and the others in the middle and bottom. this way if the ones on the bottom drop they won't be ruined. Even our dog doesn't bother the tree but looks under it to see what he got for Christmas.

He will buy me ornaments and I have a nice collection of horse and dog ornaments that he has bought me but I'd never be able to get him to go out and pick out an ornament with me. Great tradition!!

Post by: ShadeTree on December 31, 2013, 10:16:10 pm: We use what he have. We don't always use the same ones though. I know we used to have a whole bunch but I don't think we have that many anymore. We didn't use ornaments this year because our tree was a fibre optic so we just left it the way it was which was fine because it was pretty without adding anything to it.
