I've completed this offer, I guess 5 days ago and I still didn't get any credit for it. Please help!

Did you get a confirmation email? I did this offer and I got credited instantly. I haven' received the dog treats yet, though.

yeah, make sure you confirm everything or else you wasted your time.

No, I didn't receive any confirmation but they have already charged my credit card. :(

Double check your email - sometimes the email goes to junk mail

Nope, not in there either. I've been watching my mails that goes to the junk mail but I never see anything that came from them.  :(

Maybe log in and look for a resend confimation code or something like that in the website...gl

Thanks everyone for all your replies. I did talk to their cusotmer support department who said that my order didn't go through,,the reason why my cc was being charged of it because my bank approves it?? what the hell,,,

I did not get credit for this offer.  :'( I did get the treats and my card was charged.

Nope, I did not so I just cancelled it. Well, there's really nothing to cancel because it didn't go through,,and the bank gave my money back,,
