I have finished 3 surveys in 2 days and not credited because when I finish the last page is an error please fix this

That happened to me x2 yesterday. Very frustrating.

I suggest that you open a support ticket. If this happens again, copy the error message and attach this to your support ticket.
For whatever reasons, I no longer qualify for any surveys. I think that I was able to complete one since sometime in December.

I had that happen on one survey too on the 6th so I took a screen shot of the error page and submitted a support ticket. Apparently they were aware of the errors happening because it was fixed and I got credit for the survey on the 8th. Then I got a reply to my support ticket on the 9th with the explanation. Hope you got your credits too!! :)

This did happen to me also. I submitted a support ticket, they apparently knew there was a problem. I did get my credits and an email from Fusion Cash. They are really good about the support tickets. I haven't had to submit many but when I have I must say they have been GREAT about resolving my issues. :rose:
