Well I am wondering if there still is level 2 refs and how you can find them? Also, I was doing some tasks and saw someone on the leader board from Canada, I always thought fusioncash was us only, are we taking members outside us now? thank you.

I haven't heard about level 2 refs. on FC before, so perhaps they discontinued it... As for members outside of the US, in the ToS:
Users must reside in the United States of America, or Canada. For US users, only those residing in one of the 50 states are eligible; additionally, territories and APOs/FPOs are not eligible.

There are no level 2 refs, but you do realize that if your level 1 refs make more money because they have refs of their own (your level 2) you are going to get cashout bonuses more often.

I dont really agree with this because you can only cash out once a month, and any refs that are active will most likely be doing this anyway, and also they have to earn $15 from offers.

Yah because of the fact that they are active at it, if they are making $15 a month already from offers chances are they are making enough from offers and bonuses to cashout, ref earnings are just additional income, doesn't help them to get to cashout more often.

I agree with OldBuddy... I'm an active member of FC, but rarely do I get enough money to cashout every single month (in fact I've never cashed out in 2 consecutive months). So I disagree that active members will already be getting all the money they need to cashout, and that referral bonuses won't help. Although you need only $15 in offer credits, you need a total of $25 in order to cashout, so you still need an additional $10 in either offers or bonuses; and if you had a referral cashout you'd get a $5 bonus, cutting that additional money in half. For example, I currently have about $19 total with $11 in offer credits. Thus I still need $4 in offers while needing $6 to reach the $25 threshold. So even after I fulfill the necessary amount in offers, I'd still have to find another $2 to be able to cashout. Were a referral to cashout, I'd just need to finish the $4 in offers and then I could cashout immediately afterwards. Since having a referral bonus would help speed up my cashouts, then it makes sense that were my referral to also have a ref of their own, they'd too be able to cashout more quickly and thereby giving you a bonus more often as a result.

If you can earn $15 in offers why couldn't you do $10 in bonuses? yes it does help to have referrals, but the point I'm making is you cant cash out more often with them. only the same that you can without them.
