The time has arrived i start my weight loss program on Thursday, Jan 16th.
I have to go to veggie market and get my fruit and veggies.
Anyone else starting a weight loss program this month? :) :wave: :snowflake:

yes..it is one of my new years resolutions...lost 6 lbs so far

I've been losing weight for the past year or two. I slacked on eating right and exercise since Thanksgiving so I need to get back into it and lose the 5 pounds I gained then resume working on my goal body

I think I am always on a diet of some kind. I use to go to weight watchers. It is a really good program, but kind of expensive. I just try to watch what I eat and get vegetables and fruit.

i don't need to lose weight, but if i needed to, i think i'll try out the nutri bullet first.

Yes, I plan to start on Monday. After eating so much holiday food. I have to lose what I gained.

Well, I am on something called the Daniel Fast from the Bible's Book of Daniel. My church and I started on Jan. 2. Today is the tenth day of the 21 day Fast. It is mostly fruits, veggies, tofu, nuts, and some crackers. It has been quite easy because I got a Nutribullet and make a nutriblast for one meal every day. The recipes are great and I feel much better, although had a cold the whole holiday. :angel11:

I'm starting my diet tomorrow. I told my friends that I'm wearing a 2 piece this July. I'm going to have a veggie smoothie once a day. They are actually good!

I was thinking of Sensa or the weight loss product seen n Dr. Ozz show where the fat converts into energy instead.

Yes, in a couple of days - have a family birthday to get past first.

good for you! no I am now trying to gain weight I lost to much.

Yes I started last Monday and have already lost five pounds. Feels good to be back on track.
