Title: Website Visual Upgrade
Post by: Cash4Free on July 03, 2009, 10:13:45 pm
The suggestion is rather simple.  The website needs a visual upgrade... at least the front page(or referral sign up page).  If the website were to look more professional, less people would think that it's a scam.

For example, I was a member of Rewards1 for about 2 years.  Before their upgrade, it was really hard to refer people to the site as they keep telling me it does not look legit.  However, all that change after they "redecorated" their website; more people started joining and doing offers, etc...

In conclusion, a visual upgrade or "redecoration" of the website will be very beneficial.  By the way, the example posted above is not meant to advertise another site. I can edit it out if necessary.

If you think FusionCash looks unprofessional I could show you some PTR sites that would make you laugh by comparison. FusionCash is fine the way it is... maybe a color change wouldn't kill them but the site is VERY user friendly and functional by comparison to other PTSUs. If you don't think so I can give you a few to try out... I bet you would come running back to FC singing it's praises.

I've used plenty of other GPT sites, and i'm not saying FusionCash looks unprofessional. I'm saying a visual upgrade will definitely help.  In comparison to other GPT sites however, FusionCash is not one of the most appealing website.  As for the other websites you stated, you simply provided more proof for the point im trying to make.  This is a suggestion to improve the site, not to degrade its reputation.  Don't misunderstand the purpose of this thread.

I think that it looks very professional, organized and has a clean sleek look.  It is easy to use.  It is always a good idea to look for improvement, but what do you exactly envision for this site?  What are your ideas for improvement or "redecoration"?  If you have any specific ideas, that would help to illustrate your point to FC for consideration.

Well, if you look at both the homepage and the referral sign up page of fusioncash, you can see that theres no indication or words noted that suggest people can sign up for FREE.  Also, it lacks a testimonial page where pictures of people with their checks or paypal account are posted as proof that the site is legit.  As for the redecoration, a better and more welcoming layout would improve its appeal toward the potential new members.

i do agree that it could use a facelift, cash4free.
i get that you weren't saying she was a wrinkled up old bat  ::)
*pets our pretty fusion*

i don't mind the layout too much, but as far as every day users go,
i'm sure i'm not the only one that gets a little tired of seeing so much green.
(although i never get tired of see the other kind of green
fusion is so kind enough to let us see, haha).

but um. yes, i'd have to agree with you that a few tweeks here and there
would be beneficial and definitely wouldn't hurt. like a big flashing
HELP & FAQ section that has all the questions that people
post threads about...

Yes, I also agree with you on an appearance upgrade. Like the author said, before Rewards1 got it's upgrade, it looked like a scam. I didn't use that site for a while and just started again; I was pleasantly surprised at the change of scenery and even got a couple of more referrals. I believe that if FC does change it's appearance, there will be more referrals.

My opinion to upgrade the visual "flair" of the site would really require no redesign, just a professional looking flash animation of people holding checks or sitting at the computer completing offers. That kind of thing draws all audiences in and makes a site look that much more professional.
